1. Promotion Period
This offer is valid until midnight on 01/12/2024.
Puptons reserves the right to end or amend this promotion at any time.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to UK customers placing qualifying orders on the Puptons website.
Subscription discounts apply to new and existing subscribers, unless otherwise stated.

3. One-Time Purchase Discount (“Buy More, Save More”)
Savings on one-time purchases apply as follows:

  • Buy any 2 items: 10% off

  • Buy 3 items: 15% off

  • Buy 4 or more items: 20% off

These discounts are applied automatically at checkout and apply only to eligible products.

4. Subscription Discount
Customers can save up to 36% on their first and second subscription orders.

For the purpose of this promotion:

  • The customer’s first subscription order is the first time they purchase a product on subscription.

  • The second subscription order is the next renewal following that first order.

The total saving is achieved by:

  • The usual Subscribe & Save discount (5–20% depending on the product), and

  • An additional 20% “Buy More, Save More” discount, applied sequentially/compounded on eligible subscription items.

These two discounts stack only on the customer’s first two subscription orders.
After the second subscription order, pricing reverts to the standard Subscribe & Save rate.

5. Limitations

  • Discounts apply only to eligible items and cannot be combined with voucher codes or any other promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • The additional Black Friday subscription discount applies only to the customer's first two subscription orders.

  • If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the associated promotional discount is void.

  • The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively.

6. Subscription Amendments
Customers may modify, pause or cancel their subscription in accordance with our standard subscription terms.
Changes made after the first or second order may affect eligibility for the promotional discount.

7. Delivery
Standard delivery rates apply to one-time purchase orders.
Subscription orders qualify for free postage under our standard subscription terms.

8. Product Availability

Cancellation timing:

  • To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next renewal is processed.

  • We send an automated reminder email approximately 48 hours before renewal as a courtesy, to allow time for changes.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details and email preferences are correct and to monitor upcoming renewal dates in your account.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched to our fulfilment centre, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as fulfilment begins immediately.

If you cancel after processing, your order will still be delivered, but no further renewals will occur.

Payment Authorisation:
By subscribing, you authorise Puptons Ltd to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each renewal period until you cancel. You acknowledge that subscription orders renew automatically unless paused or cancelled before the next processing date.
