What is glucosamine?
Glucosamine occurs naturally in the body and is found within cartilage, which acts as a cushion around joints. It also helps to develop other tissues, such as tendons, which are vital for joint health. Dogs produce less glucosamine as they age and so become less effective at rebuilding cartilage. This is why joint problems primarily occur in older dogs – or highly active dogs whose joints are put under stress on a daily basis.

My beautiful girl Matilda. 14 years old and very stiff especially in the hind legs. I started her on Glucosamine, GLM and Collagen about 2 months ago and there has been a definite improvement, bounces around like a pup and even has a run around the garden every now and then. Highly recommend

Billie is 8 years old when she came to us as a rescue dog from Greece .. she had been in an accident or been beaten as a puppy and her leg had been broken .. as a stray Greek dog, break was never seen by a vet it healed up itself but has left her with a well dodgy back right leg . She has been on a leading brand for years but sort of not really seen much improvement , but there again I thought it was probably impossible to ‘ heal ‘ a bone misalignment issue but she has been on the puptons trio and after a week I think I can see an improvement especially first thing in morning she is definitely walking and jumping a bit easier so fingers crossed it continues

Just added Puptons glucosamine for my two Papillons who compete in agility. They train and compete regularly, so joint maintenance is important to me. It’s easy to add to their food and they eat it without any fuss.

My old boy is 15 now and has arthritis in his legs, he has only been on this for about a week, but glucosamine is good for humans and dogs, so I would go as far to say, I am glad he is now taking it

First time using glucosamine powder as I thought it would be easier to just sprinkle on the food rather than giving tablets , it’s going well .

Customer service is fantastic. I had an email reply asking me a couple of questions, I replied, ordered and it arrived the next day!
I had been using joint care in a chew form but I thought the powder must be better. Its pure glucosamine. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It mixes into the raw food easily and must be tasteless because my dog eats it down without a fuss. The scoop is handy to make sure you get the right amount.
I use it as a prevention rather than a cure.

Our 9 year old Mioritic shepherd dog was starting to get very still since she has been on the glucosamine she seems less still in the mornings.

Our 9 year old Labrador was just a bit slow when walking, she would speed up a bit but then slow again. She doesn't mind it on her food at all and she doesn't seem to plod as much now, more bounce in her step. Would recommend, definitely.

So far I have used the green lipped muscle powder and glucosamine powder for about three weeks and my dog George loves both!
Also he has had a limp in one of his back legs, this seems to have gone!! Nothing else I have given him in tablet form has made any difference.
As the only change I have made is stopping the tablet and giving him the powders, then the change is probably due to the new powders.
I will give him a bit longer on the powders to see how he goes.
All in all I’m very satisfied and so is GeorgeTheLurcher 😊

This stuff is amazing. Not sure how it helped my pug, but suddenly he had lots of stamina and was walking rather than stopping. It lasts ages!

Easy to order very good for our dogs they don’t noticed it sprinkled on their food.
My Frenchie had suffered from a joint issue so we are giving him this as a preventative. We also have a pug who seem to have a sudden spring in his step.!
Fantastic supplement used in conjunction with green lipped muscle powder. My 8.5 Yr old cockapoo has just started getting a bit arthritic and after taking this for a few weeks is moving like a mad puppy again! Can't recommend enough.
